Tested as in your example - works fine for me.

You might have some bad settings.

Do this: "Help" menu (at the top) -> "Support" -> "Compress" -> send me the file which it opens (via PM).

Will review your settings.

If they are blocking the IPs you won't be able to do anything.

You can try to increase "Leech delay" under "Other settings" for that site (don't forget to press "Update" button), but that might not help.
