a catergory has many pages, i want to leech all the message,but when i add
themaleecher only leech the first page message,other page not work it not leech automatically

I need to add page one by one?

Unfortunately yes, you have to add all pages manually one by one.

This was discussed previously:

The program is more oriented to new content. It checks the added main category (page) with specific interval (configured in "Options").

You should not have multiple pages added since all those pages will be check for new posts which is unnecessary and will only increase the load of the program since the new posts are always in the first page.

If you want to get messages from different pages you might add it in "Pages", but remove it once the leeching is done.
