Freddy I have a question: where is this new setting and what is it for?
I couldn't find an answer in the forum search.

It's in "HOSTS" tab -> for hosts which you added with type "Visit".

No need to use it unless I say on support. It will only make things much slower.

At the moment you should set it to 1 second only for avxhm.se if you have that site / host added.

It will make 1 second delay between visits to avoid flood detection then.
