Made some updates to forum.

  • Added link to themaPoster forum at the top and bottom for easier navigation between forums.
  • The general forums now links to themaPoster forums. There was no point in having the same forums in two places.
  • Added two new forums: "Webmaster discussion" and "General help".
  • Also don't forget you can use themaLeecher user login in themaPoster forum and the other way around.
